Currently pursuing a BSc in Information Technology at the University of Ghana, backed by over two years of hands-on technical support and administration at ERASEL Digital Hub. I diagnose hardware and software issues, maintain essential workstation infrastructure, and deliver dependable client support that keeps daily operations running smoothly.
